esigned for a repeat client, this Rosemary Beach home balances elegant design with the ease of vacation living.

A central courtyard anchors the home, featuring a shaded porch, outdoor fireplace, pool, and an arched niche with a tiled fountain tucked beneath the stairway to the second-floor carriage house apartment. An outdoor kitchen and dining area encourage gathering, while a first-floor bar opens directly to the porch for seamless indoor-outdoor living. A small game table nearby allows puzzles and board games to stay set without interrupting mealtimes.

The primary living spaces are located on the second floor, reached through a generous open stair hall that draws you upward. Bathed in natural light from all sides—including transom windows above the kitchen cabinetry—the kitchen features a mosaic tile backsplash and a stained wood butcher-block island that add warmth and texture to the clean white palette. A butler’s pantry keeps everyday clutter out of sight, while the dining area overlooks the stair hall. The living room opens to a large balcony and centers on a cozy fireplace, with swivel chairs that easily orient toward views or the TV. The primary suite includes a bay-window seating area, a spacious bath with dual vanities and a large shower, and a private balcony. The third floor offers a bunk room for the homeowners’ daughters and guests, along with a media room that opens to another balcony. Above the garage, a fully equipped carriage house apartment provides a private kitchen, living space, bedroom, and bath.
