esigned for a trusted repeat client, this home is located on the north side of Alys Beach, overlooking a walking path and the adjacent nature preserve. The larger north-side lot allows for expansive views over the pine trees, generous outdoor spaces, and an oversized alley-facing garage with room for both cars and bikes.

A spacious courtyard designed by Chad Horton serves as the heart of the home, featuring a pool and fountain, sunken fire pit, palm trees, gas lanterns, and a full outdoor kitchen with dining and lounge areas. Porches and balconies face the green space and sunsets, while a prominent chimney anchors the north elevation.

Inside, the main living spaces flow together beneath tall arches that define each area while maintaining openness and connection. A large living room with a custom cast stone fireplace opens to a formal dining space and connects to the courtyard through expansive French doors. The kitchen features a dramatic quartzite waterfall island, large windows, and a curved custom zinc range hood, with a butler’s pantry and wet bar designed for effortless entertaining.

Upstairs, the primary suite enjoys views of the west-facing green space and a private sunset balcony, while guest suites are generously sized for comfort. The third floor includes a bar, lounge, bunk area, and tower room with vaulted wood ceilings, opening to a west-facing balcony and a spiral stair leading to a fourth-floor tower with panoramic views.
