Our clients envisioned a home with room to spread out, leading them to purchase two adjacent lots in a prime location directly across from the neighborhood’s primary beach access—the Gulf Green. Designed for entertaining, the home captures sweeping Gulf views from the main living spaces. A spacious kitchen featuring two islands, abundant natural light, and a built-in window seat flows seamlessly into the dining room, which opens through a large accordion-folding door to an expansive second-floor balcony. This outdoor living area includes a full kitchen, dining space, outdoor fireplace, generous lounge areas, and stunning views.

The home was designed to comfortably accommodate the entire family, including four grown children, making it ideal for holidays and gatherings. Two courtyards fill the interior with natural light—one centered around a pool, the other featuring a wood-burning fireplace. Additional outdoor spaces include multiple balconies and a small zen garden. Above the three-car garage, a private two-bedroom apartment offers a quiet retreat for guests seeking added privacy. A tower housing a home office and balcony provides both a striking exterior feature and a favorite place to unwind.

The primary suite features tall vaulted ceilings, a sitting area, and a private balcony with Gulf views, while the primary bath includes an arched shower and a custom quatrefoil window placed high for privacy. All guest bedrooms are generously sized and include en-suite bathrooms. The home sold in 2021 for $13,300,000.
