We were honored when Holly Shipman, an interior designer with decades of experience, chose us to design a home for her and her husband on their stunning bayfront property. From the outset, this was a dream project—an exceptional site paired with a thoughtful, collaborative client—and the design process flowed seamlessly from start to finish.

The primary living spaces are thoughtfully arranged on the first floor, including the primary suite, main living areas, his-and-hers home offices, and a glamorous yet highly functional kitchen. The great room opens to views of a beautiful pool, with the bay and a private boathouse beyond. A pool house anchors the left side of the pool, carefully aligned with key sightlines, while a nearby fire pit provides a cozy gathering spot on cooler days. A large screened porch allows for comfortable outdoor living in all weather. The primary suite features a freestanding soaking tub set before a corner window with bottom-up shades, offering privacy without sacrificing views of the surrounding trees and landscape. The second floor is designed for guests, with en-suite bedrooms and a private sitting area. Altogether, the home is a true retreat—serene, elegant, and deeply livable.
