Our clients envisioned a home with room to spread out, leading them to purchase two adjacent lots in a prime location directly across from the neighborhood’s primary beach access—the Gulf Green.

Our clients envisioned a home with room to spread out, leading them to purchase two adjacent lots in a prime location directly across from the neighborhood’s primary beach access—the Gulf Green. Designed for entertaining, the home captures sweeping Gulf views from the main living spaces. A spacious kitchen featuring two islands, abundant natural light, and a built-in window seat flows seamlessly into the dining room, which opens through a large accordion-folding door to an expansive second-floor balcony. This outdoor living area includes a full kitchen, dining space, outdoor fireplace, generous lounge areas, and stunning views.

Above the three-car garage, a private two-bedroom apartment offers a quiet retreat for guests seeking added privacy. A tower housing a home office and balcony provides both a striking exterior feature and a favorite place to unwind.

The primary suite features tall vaulted ceilings, a sitting area, and a private balcony with Gulf views, while the primary bath includes an arched shower and a custom quatrefoil window placed high for privacy. All guest bedrooms are generously sized and include en-suite bathrooms. The home sold in 2021 for $13,300,000.
