The entry sequence leads through a covered loggia with a fireplace and Moroccan light fixture, opening to views of the courtyard and living room beyond. French doors and expansive windows flood the interiors with natural light, while exposed beams and layered lighting add warmth and texture.

Interiors by Truth and Co Design balance a soft coastal palette with select bold patterns for a fresh yet refined feel. The light-filled kitchen is surrounded by windows and accented with pale green pendants and reflective white glass tile, with a nearby bar and tucked-away butler’s pantry for easy entertaining. The primary suite features calming blues and greens, a canopy bed, and a spa-like bath, opening to a second-floor balcony with an outdoor fireplace overlooking the courtyard.

Designed around a lush central courtyard, the home offers generous guest suites, a bunk room, and indoor-outdoor spaces for both sun and shade. Fountains, palms, gas lanterns, and a pool and spa create a relaxed, elegant setting, where striped loungers echo the pool tile for a playful, beachy finish.
