The home’s pedestrian entrance is positioned at the intersection, marked by gas lanterns, sculptural porch openings, and a covered entry for both impact and function. Oval windows above the corner entry and a west-facing bay with a balcony expand the living spaces and bring in abundant light. A covered loggia functions as an outdoor living room, complete with soft seating, an outdoor fireplace, kitchen, and a vaulted wood ceiling. Custom cast stone panels provide privacy while allowing breezes to flow into the courtyard, which features a pool with a fountain, palm trees, lush landscaping, lounge space, and a gas firepit.

Inside, the corner entry opens into the dining room and flows through a custom arched opening into the living room, where closely spaced beams add texture and reference Venetian influences. The kitchen connects seamlessly to these spaces, featuring a large island, dramatic stone surfaces, brass accents, Sub-Zero refrigeration, and open lattice-front cabinetry. French doors from both the kitchen and living room open directly to the courtyard.

The ground floor also includes a butler’s pantry, office, laundry room, and a richly detailed powder room. A curved stair with expansive windows leads to the upper levels, where the primary suite offers a vaulted ceiling, private balcony, and a spa-like bath with a wet room, soaking tub, dual showers, and oval windows. Guest bedrooms include en-suite baths, with a generous bunk room for gathering. The third floor opens to a rooftop terrace with a bar, lounge space, shaded arbor, and sunset views across the town.
